Mold in a building you run costs you twice: once to put it right, and again for every day you cannot let people in. PureAire Technology treats commercial property across Miami-Dade with the patented VaPURE™ vapor process, usually in one visit and usually without opening walls. An accredited third-party lab confirms the result before we close the job, and you keep the report.

“Scott and his team were absolutely amazing! They were professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire mold remediation process. I really appreciate that they use a non-toxic solution. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other companies, without sacrificing quality or service. Scott took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, professional, and effective mold remediation services!”
“Very nice & professional. Recommended different options and kept it honest .”
“Very professional service. Highly recommend.”
“Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Tested for mold that we suspected was causing my headaches. The fogging was done quickly and efficiently. Headaches gone! He came back two weeks later to retest and we tested clean. Highly recommend this company if you suspect a mold issue.”
“My in-laws have been having health issues that we were suspicious was coming from mold. Turns out, the house was full of it! Scott was fast, reliable and very thorough with the treatment. He accommodated everyone, explained the process clearly and in layman’s terms. Everyone noticed an instant difference in the house! I would highly recommend this to anyone in Florida, because let’s be honest, there’s very few houses in that humid State without a little bit of mold.”
Conventional commercial remediation means containment sheeting, tear-out, a rebuild and weeks of contractors on site. The VaPURE™ vapor process treats the same building in a single visit, in most cases without demolition, and ends with a lab result you can hand to a tenant, an insurer or a buyer.
Most sites book us after close or over a weekend. Treatment in an average-size property runs three to four hours, so you open the next morning as normal.
Vapor reaches into wall cavities, ceiling voids and ductwork that a scrub-and-cut crew has to break open. Less tear-out means less rebuild, fewer trades and a shorter closure.
Post-treatment air samples are analyzed by an accredited third-party lab. The standard we work to: mold levels in the treated space at or below the outdoor reference sample taken the same day.
The vapor disperses at around 7.5 microns. Mold spores measure 12 to 30 microns, so the treatment travels into gaps a spore has already settled in and a sprayed surface cleaner never reaches.
The active component of the sterilant is on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List. Staff and tenants return once the space has been ventilated.

Single units, whole floors, and buildings staged over several nights. Tell us the property type and the hours you can give us, and we will scope it on the first call.
Book Free ConsultationThe same protocol on every commercial job: survey, treat, protect, prove. You get the scope in writing before we start and the lab result when we finish.
We walk the property, find visible growth and the moisture conditions behind it, and take baseline air samples inside and outdoors. You get a scope, a price and a schedule that fits your trading hours.
The sterilant is dispersed as a vapor through the treated space, reaching surfaces, contents, voids and ductwork. Three to four hours in an average-size property; larger buildings are staged across several nights.
Stage two applies an antimicrobial protectant that bonds to surfaces, attracts new spores electrostatically and disrupts them on contact. It does not wash off and it is invisible once dry.
Post-treatment samples go to an accredited third-party lab with no affiliation to any remediation company. Results come back in around ten days as a written before-and-after report.
Two documents worth reading before you sign anything: a U.S. Army field test of the process on occupied buildings, and the technical paper explaining why particle size decides where a treatment can reach.
A U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center field test of the two-step process on two occupied buildings at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, measuring both the initial result and recurrence over six months.
The technical explanation of vapor peracetic acid: particle size, the vapor phase change and dwell time, and why a 7.5 micron droplet travels where a 12 to 30 micron spore has already settled.
The treated space has to be empty of people and pets while the vapor is working. In an average-size property that is three to four hours, and it varies with the size of the space and the outdoor temperature. Most sites book us after close or over a weekend and trade as normal the next morning.
In most buildings, no. The vapor reaches into cavities and voids that a conventional crew has to cut open, so the usual tear-out and rebuild is often avoided. Where a material is already water-damaged or structurally failed, it still has to come out, and we will say so in the survey rather than after the invoice.
Air samples from the treated space and an outdoor reference sample, both analyzed by an accredited third-party lab with no affiliation to any mold testing or remediation company. The standard we work to is mold levels inside the treated space at or below the outdoor reference. Results come back in around ten days and the written report is yours to keep.
Yes. We treat unit by unit, floor by floor, or common areas on their own, and stage the work across several nights so the building keeps running. Tenants get a written prep note a few days ahead: open closets and cabinets, keep windows closed, take pets with you.
It depends entirely on moisture. Where the water source has been fixed and only minor condensation remains, buildings we have treated have gone years without regrowth, and the antimicrobial protectant keeps working on newly introduced spores. Where a leak or a drainage problem is left unresolved, expect protection measured in months. Mold is a moisture problem; the treatment deals with what is there today and buys you time to fix the cause.
No. We identify the moisture conditions during the survey and write them up, and your own trades or building maintenance carry out the repair. We would rather tell you that plainly than treat a building twice.
Leave as much in place as you can. The vapor is dry, evaporates as it works and leaves no visible residue, so contents, soft furnishings and electronics generally stay put. Tell your technician about any brass fittings or valuable artwork and they will adjust the application.
The first step is a free phone consultation with a specialist. We will talk through the property, what is likely causing the mold, how the treatment would be staged around your operation, and what it costs.
A small, senior team, so the person who scopes your building is the person who treats it. Currently taking new commercial clients across Miami-Dade County.
